Can I still order my child's photographs after the deadline date has passed?
Yes we can process all late orders and deliver them straight to your door. All you need to do is log into our website www.schoolfotos.ie and input the Shoot Key detailed on your order form.
I have lost my child’s proof card, can I still place an order ?
In most cases this should still be possible. Please call our office for help on 01 5563535
I have received my photographs but I think there are some missing / damaged ?
Please call our office on 01 556 3535 or email us at [email protected] and we will look into your issue.
How long will it take to receive my printed photographs?
For orders with free delivery to school we aim to dispatch to the school within 21 days of the "Order by date" stated on the order form. For orders placed with delivery to a home address we aim to dispatch within 21 days, if you have not received your home delivery order within this 21 day period then please email us on [email protected] or call 01 5563535 and a member of our customer care team will be more than happy to help.
How long do you keep photographs available for ordering ?
Orders for batch delivery to the school we allow 15 day for ordering. For home delivery you can certainly order online, any photograph within the same academic year it was taken. If you are looking for something older please call our office on 01556 3535 and we should be able to help.
I am separated from my child’s other parent and cannot get access to the proof card. Can I still place and order ?
Yes, please contact your child’s school and get them to contact us with your details. We will then contact you giving you ordering information.
Can my children be photographed as a family?
Yes we can take an individual and a family photograph as long as it has been arranged with your child's school beforehand.
Is School Fotos GDPR compliant?
We are fully compliant with all aspects of GDPR and hold all data in accordance with this, please refer to our privacy policy for more details.

Can I buy a digital image?
Yes, with portrait photographs a digital download is the only option. Once a digital image is purchased you may buy printed photographs, if you wish. We do not currently offer digital copies of any group photographs for sale.
How long will it take to receive my digital download?
It will be emailed to you within 24 hours of placing your order, if you have not received it within 24 hours then please email us on [email protected] or call 01 5563535 and a member of our customer care team will be more than happy to help.

Is there a charge for school staff/PTA helpers?
No, we are happy to photograph staff and helpers throughout the day.
How much space will the photographer require?
The Photographers will need space to accommodate a full studio of equipment and enough space for a class group of students. Ideally a school hall or an empty classroom.
When will we receive our commission?
Commission will be sent vis bacs or cheques at the end of the term.
I have a problem with the online ordering system. What should I do?

Do you offer free delivery to the school.
Yes we are able to offer this free service to the majority of school orders placed by the ordering deadline. Unfortunately not all schools are willing to accept orders back to the school. In a case where a school is not willing to accept orders back the free option will not be available when ordering.
Will I get an email confirmation when I place my order?
Yes an email confirming your payment is automatically sent to you and we also send an email confirmation of your order.
If you don't receive an email confirmation for an online order then your order either hasen't been processed and is still in your basket or there was a typo when you input your email address.
I've ordered online and been charged twice. What should I do?
If you've made an onlin order and a duplicate payment is showing on your bank statement. This is more than likely a pending payment that wount go through and will be returned to your account shortly.
